On website PLODY.WORK we offer payment method through a binding order confirmation with a bank transfer to our company account. All prices are inclusive of 21 % VAT. Shipping and montage cost will be added to your order.
All our products are handcrafted in the Czech Republic, in Zlín. The production time is approximately 6 to 8 weeks for all products, but in some special cases may take longer. You can find detailed lead times on your order final confirmation. All our products come with a standard 24-month warranty. If the client causes damage or if the client has altered the product in any way, the product is not covered by the warranty.
PLODY.WORK products are made of high-quality materials from the Czech Republic and Europe. All materials come from selected small manufacturers and medium-sized companies, which attach great importance to sustainable production and processing.
The delivery time is depending on your location. We currently primarily ship to EU countries. The shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the goods ordered. The shipping costs will be calculated and displayed in the final order document. The shipping costs are calculated according to the following categories: The Czech Republic, Europe, Rest of the world. After your product has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This contains all the information about your order, including the tracking number and the shipment status. If you have not received the shipment confirmation email, please check your spam folder and bin. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the respective logistics partner will leave a message. All orders are shipped with DHL and GLS. Within Europe and to the United States we ship with UPS.
After confirmation by e-mail, you have 14 days to pay/cancel the order. After this deadline, it is not possible to cancel your order and it is necessary to pay 100% of the final price. The shipping you will pay before sending to your address. Your masterpiece will be created and customized under your requirements. It takes from 6 to 8 weeks to design every piece of furniture.
